Building Research Establishment (BRE) Certification
 
In 2004, Milliken Carpet Europe became the first carpet manufacturer to achieve BRE Environmental Certification.
 
In 2006, this certification was applied to our entire premium loop pile collection which achieved an A Rating.

 

By achieving the A Rating we have demonstrated that our product makes a reduced impact on the environment through its manufacturing process, the product content and its end of life status. The rating is therefore awarded for the environmental impact of a product throughout its whole life cycle.

BRE Certification is part of the BRE Trust, a charitable organisation whose objectives are innovation and communication in all matters concerning the built environment for public benefit. BRE Certification Ltd. is a third party certification body offering confirmation that products, services, systems and personnel meet and continue to meet certain standards and specifications.
